Dr. Heimlich is forensic psychologist based at the Psychology Department of Harvard University. He is highly regarded by Will Graham.
Heimlich works with the FBI on serial killer cases, and reviews the "Tooth Fairy" casefiles. Neither he nor Dr. Bloom think that the "Tooth Fairy" is suicidal based on their profiling of him.
