Molly Foster Graham

"Molly's a sucker for strays."

Molly Foster Graham is Will Graham's wife. She is the same height as Will, five feet ten inches. She runs a dress shop and has a "good ramshackle house on Sugarloaf Key" (an island in the lower Florida Keys). She is very protective of Will and doesn't like Jack Crawford.

Molly was married once before Will to a baseball player who she met on the school bus and married in college. "They trooped around the Florida State League while he was in the Cardinals' farm system. They took Willy with them and had a terrific time. Spam and spirit. He got a tryout with the Cardinals and hit safely in his first two games". This was five years ago, but he developed cancer and died within five months. Molly watches baseball when she was upset. After her husband died she moved to Oregon for a while (where her in-laws live) and never again referred to her first husband by any name other than "Willy's father".

As a result of her experiences she has a ceaseless vigilance for lumps, she insists on quarterly medical checkups for Will and Willy, she has a fear of the dark; and she has hard-bought knowledge that time is luck.

She met Will a year after he was stabbed by Dr. Lecter, about two years ago.

Musically Molly likes "Whiskey River" by Johnny Bush and "Black Mountain Rag" by Doc Watson and Merle Watson. She also knows how to clog dance.

"HANNIBAL" (Four years before)
In Season one of "Hannibal" Molly's husband died the previous year. Molly has not yet met Will Graham. She will meet him a year after Hannibal very nearly killed him (this could be sometime in Season Two).
