RED DRAGON
Mr. Lombard is the owner of the Lombard Funeral Home in Atlanta. The bodies of the Leeds family who were victims of the "Tooth Fairy" killer were at the Lombard Funeral Home when Jimmy Price went to examine the bodies for fingerprints.
The previous night Mr. Lombard had to get the police to remove Freddy Lounds from the premises when he tried to take photographs of the bodies.
He is a qualified notary.
